Xbox’s invitation was put in the hands and screens of gaming fans all over the world. #Onin5 became the brand’s biggest social invitation ever, with thousands of unique videos created and  over 250MM views. Even other brands like Mountain Dew, Doritos, and Minecraft participated.

Powering on the world’s biggest stage

Xbox's biggest games were showcased on the biggest stage possible: The Vegas Sphere. As Twitch-Con invaded Vegas, Xbox powered on and powered up the Sphere, kicking off the integrated global campaign with the first-ever 3D, anamorphic campaign on Las Vegas' newest stage.  

Wake up and dream

In our central long form film, our protagonist comes home from a trying day only to receive a simple Xbox mobile notification “On in 5?” This message prompts her to open her world to all the adventures that await her at her Xbox console. As she enters her apartment complex, her world and the world of her gaming dreams start to intersect on each other. The closer she gets to her console, the more she leaves logic at the front door and embraces dream logic.

Xbox made On in 5 a physical destination, inviting all of London to experience what can happen when we power your dreams. The immersive activation became one of London’s hottest destinations earning shouts in Hypebeast, Time Out London, and more.
